We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor & Procurement Specialist with experience in office interior fit-outs. The role will focus on cost estimation, BOQ preparation, vendor management, and procurement coordination to ensure efficient project execution within budget and timelines.

Role & Responsibilities
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support tendering and project execution.
Extract and compute accurate quantities from construction drawings for all project activities.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents to validate scope and pricing.
Conduct rate analysis for additional works and negotiate pricing with vendors.
Maintain and manage documentation, trackers, and reports in a structured manner.
