This multidisciplinary unit includes a **24/7 on-site dedicated house supervisor** and a team of approximately **45 clinical employees** .

This is a **salaried leadership position** with primary responsibility for operational oversight, staff development, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
