Description

Bethel Farms is seeking a Manager of Replenishment & Analytics to lead day-to-day replenishment operations while driving sales growth and uncovering operational insights across the business. This role is not only responsible for executing replenishment strategies, but also for identifying missed sales opportunities, improving inventory productivity, and bringing visibility to key cost drivers across the organization. This individual will lead the replenishment analyst team while developing reporting and analytics that highlight opportunities others may miss. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, supply chain experience, and a proactive, business-minded approach—someone who can connect data to revenue growth, cost control, and operational performance across multiple functions.
