GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics is responsible for leading the Revenue Cycle Analytics team in designing, developing and implementing robust and sustainable analytical solutions to drive revenue cycle results across the health system. This position will work with company stakeholders to understand key problems being addressed and how analytics can inform real-world tactics to improve revenue cycle performance. The manager is expected to oversee the building of underlying data architecture, metrics development and target setting, reporting and dashboard development, analysis of data, synthesis of raw data into actionable information, and recommendations of process improvements or organizational change.
