Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence
• Work with vendors on purchase agreement reviews
• Design efficient tax structures for various transactions
• Prepare comprehensive deliverables outlining tax implications

Requirements:
• Completed CPA designation or LLB required
• Master of Taxation or equivalent program needed
