Job Description YOUR ROLE AS A: Manager, Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive revenue growth by selling integrated advertising solutions across digital, mobile, inflight, on-ground, and content/influencer platforms.
• Own and lead a portfolio (vertical/industry), managing both existing accounts and new business development to achieve long-term growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media agencies, and brand stakeholders across the Philippine market.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities, expanding AirAsia’s advertiser base.
• Develop strategic, insight-led proposals tailored to client objectives, leveraging AirAsia’s ecosystem and audience data.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from pitching to negotiation and deal closure—ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
