Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Provide day-to-day leadership in execution of key initiatives in the functional industrial engineering areas. 
Coach engineers in execution of daily tasks in Industrial Engineering functions. 
Identify improvement areas within the capacity & productivity planning functions and drive necessary enhancements. 
Drives Capacity roadmap that enables consistent growth in revenue and growth. 
Responsible for factory capacity and productivity planning. 
Complete capacity scenario analysis to identify performance requirements and/or future capital needs. 
Ensure execution of committed long-term growth plans and drive gap closure to commitments. 
Communicate and liaise with factory production planning and factory management on tactical factory loading commitments. 
Benchmark with best-in-class fabs and implement best knowledge methods to improve current processes.
