JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the end-to-end operational infrastructure and shipboard sales strategy that enable seamless shore excursion delivery and strong premium product performance across the Norwegian Cruise Line fleet.
This role serves as the department's operational backbone - overseeing technology systems, managing disruptions (such as port cancellations), and coordinating all logistical aspects of shipboard staff operations - while also leading tour and premium product sales strategy. A core focus is Strategic Human Resource Management, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, performance monitoring, and workforce planning to ensure high-performing teams fleetwide. The role also designs sales tools and training programs, tracks sales performance, and supports onboard teams to drive guest engagement and maximize revenue.
