Builder Ops is building the AI-powered operational backbone for Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk — end-to-end systems that detect, diagnose, and resolve issues autonomously, before customers notice. We're hiring a Manager to lead a team building this future.

You will own delivery of AI-native operations infrastructure: agentic systems that monitor, triage, and act across our product fleet. This isn't traditional DevOps or SRE — it's engineering autonomous operational intelligence at scale.
At RBKS, being AI-native isn't a future initiative — it's how we operate today. You won't just use AI yourself; you'll build the culture, workflows, and standards that make your entire team AI-native, and measure your success by your team's AI fluency and output.
