The Africa Assurance Innovation and Digital team is looking to hire a skilled Manager Software Engineering to build tailored digital and innovative solutions for our Assurance business. These solutions encompass a range of smart technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Share Point, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Analytics, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, secure, cloud‑native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

You will be responsible for the setup of an agile delivery environment. This role requires you to perform the design, development, testing, implementation and support of these innovative solutions. You will also be responsible for writing and modifying code, debugging software, and overseeing a team of junior developers.
