SUMMARY
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned indirect categories including, but not limited to, facilities management, non-clinical products, and services.
This role drives cost savings, service improvements, and operational efficiencies through effective supplier selection, contract negotiation, and sourcing project leadership.
The position partners with business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals and to manage supplier performance across multiple sites and functions.
