What is the opportunity? RBC’s Personal Banking Value Office (VO) department is seeking a highly motivated and talented Manager. The department consists of a group of diverse and skilled professionals who play an integral role in defining and executing strategic initiatives across multiple lines of business. The Manager, Special Projects & Integration will act as an internal consultant. Successful candidates will be able to apply core consulting skills to business situations (e.g., problem solving, data analysis & modelling, storyboarding, stakeholder management, etc.) and become a trusted advisor for business partners.
