This role combines healthcare analytics, business planning, physician engagement, operational improvement, and project management to identify opportunities for volume growth, margin improvement, resource optimization, and enhanced patient access. The position works collaboratively with clinical, operational, financial, and physician leaders to evaluate service line performance, support strategic planning initiatives, develop business cases for new programs and investments, and drive implementation of organizational priorities.
