Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Portfolio Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of minority and venture-stage investments. This role blends financial rigor with business value creation, ensuring investments generate both strategic advantage and strong returns. Key Responsibilities Investment committee operation & portfolio management Work closely with internal teams and/or external financial advisors to conduct financial assessments on minority and venture-stage investments, covering pre- investment financial analysis, valuation, scenario analysis for investment decisions Lead the preparation of investment memo for minority and venture-stage opportunities for Investment Committee review, ensuring rigorous analysis of the investment rationale in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
