Job Summary

This Manager level role will hold a key position within the Capability Center, Strategy & Transformation team, responsible for planning and executing assigned projects across our multi‑functional Capability Center locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects across CC Strategy & Transformation global processes such as Design and Transition, Continuous Improvement, Digital Automation, Training, or Integration.
• Develop comprehensive execution plans following the relevant Global Process methodology and playbook, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within scope.
• Create plans and documentation outlining project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Participate in meetings or workshops with executive leadership to develop project scope, resources, timelines, communication plans, and budgets.
