Get to Know the Role

As the Manager of Supply Chain Operations Excellence , you will design, implement, and scale world-class SOPs across our qCommerce network of dark stores and distribution centers.

Serving as the champion for operational excellence, you will lead continuous optimization efforts to drive measurable improvements across our core supply chain metrics, including reliability, lead time (LT), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and be based onsite at the Petaling Jaya office.
