**Position Overview:**
Leads Sutter Health Plan's (SHP) new commercial sales engine across the large group and small group employer segments in assigned territory. Accountable for new membership growth, request for proposal (RFP) win rate, pipeline health, and broker channel productivity, and directly manages the SHP account executive team. Serves as a player-coach—personally engaging with priority brokers, consultants, and prospective employer clients while building the discipline, tools, and forecasting rigor needed to scale a competitive provider-sponsored plan. Partners closely with product, underwriting, account management, marketing, and network teams to translate Sutter's integrated delivery value proposition into measurable sales results.
