Manage the Talent Acquisition process in the Clusters ensuring the recruitment process is upheld to the organization’s standards.

- Source, screen and select top talents through a variety of hunting channels including online job boards and networking.
- Conduct interviews and liaise with external vendors to prepare psychometric skills tests to assess candidate skills and behavior.
- Improve the hiring process, enhance the candidate experience and fix bottlenecks to make AD Ports: “The Employer of Choice”.
- Supervise recruitment activities in the Clusters, conduct weekly meetings, audit the sourcing process, check alignment with corporate process, and provide necessary support for any challenges faced.
- Ensure the quality of hire is held to a hard standard, through the design, updating and enhancement of satisfaction surveys and other HR data metrics.
