Te tūranga - The role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape talent acquisition at New Zealand's Central Bank, Te Pūtea Matua.

As our Manager Talent, you'll lead the team responsible for talent attraction, sourcing, selection, talent pooling and recruitment delivery across Te Pūtea Matua. More than managing recruitment operations, you'll help define how we attract, engage and develop the talent that will enable our organisation to deliver on its purpose for New Zealand.

You will create and drive an enterprise-wide talent strategy that brings together workforce planning, talent pipelines, candidate experience and future capability needs into a cohesive and forward-looking programme of work. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you'll provide thought leadership, challenge conventional approaches and identify new opportunities to build a sustainable talent advantage.
