Job Responsibilities
- Develops business plan & sales strategy to achieve sales target in the SCI (PO and E&S segment).
- Has the overall responsibility of the sales target.
- Manage working capital for Polymer and E&S segment in Malaysia and Singapore which includes inventory & customer payment collection.
- Implement & drive new business developments to achieve business growth.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationship with key suppliers and customers.
- Driving and leading through management of sales team and ensuring the achievement of annual sales target.
- To drive execution of commercial excellence initiative to maximize profitable revenue.
