Description

The Third Party Logistics Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end operations at our Burlington Distribution Center. Incumbent will work closely with both internal (CSR, Sales, Planning, Logistics, Quality) and external (LSP, Warehouse team – UPS) stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all Sun Pharma 3PL activities (inbound & outbound) for CA market
• Maintain complete oversight of UPS operations and work closely on a daily basis with UPS team to ensure seamless/timely receipt and dispatches of finished goods
• Manages SAP/WMS Processes and Data Controls
• Track shipment delays and improve delivery accuracy
• Work with Warehouse team on reducing shipment errors and putting necessary CAPA’s in place. Work with CSR and UPS to minimize returns, damages and improve overall shipping accuracy
