Responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day lead on transaction engagements for financial and corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries.
• Provide hands‑on experience with Quality of Earnings, working capital normalization and net debt analysis.
• Advise on financial aspects of SPAs/APAs, including deal mechanics and post‑closing adjustments.
• Connect diligence findings to valuation, deal structuring and investor decision‑making.
• Lead meetings and calls with clients and target management.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and cross‑sell services.
