What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a Manager, UX Research to design and lead user research initiatives that enhance how clients and advisors interact with RBC Insurance’s client‑facing digital products, advisor platforms, and sales tools.

In this role, you will plan and conduct studies of moderate to high complexity, turning research into insights that shape design and product decisions. Your work will help make servicing easier, reduce friction, and improve clarity for both clients and advisors.
