General Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational leadership, project management, communications, public administration, instructional technology, business administration, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Eight years of progressively responsible experience in program management, grant administration, project coordination, statewide initiatives, education operations, workforce development, distance learning, adult education, or related areas required. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
