The chief transition planner will work directly with department leaders and project teams to establish clear, achievable milestones. By breaking the process into manageable phases-preparation, move readiness, activation, and occupancy-this role provides the clarity and confidence needed to navigate the transition successfully. Post occupancy, the role will continue to support issue tracking, workflow optimization, and lessons-learned documentation.
