This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
Develop the pilot framework, selection logic, engagement categories, tracker and success measures.
Coordinate inputs from programme teams, Careers, faculty and student leaders.
Plan targeted engagement for the Top 30% student segment, including relevant pre-experience students who would benefit from earlier student-success touchpoints.
Match identified students to leadership, networking, career, mentoring or visibility opportunities.
Work with the L4 staff member to execute student engagement events, including logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, records and follow-up.
Maintain engagement records and prepare concise updates for L7 review and management reporting.
Prepare student profiles and handover notes for selected students before graduation to support follow-up by alumni matters staff.
Any other duties as assigned.
