Position: Manager of Community Partnerships, Suffolk County

The Manager of Community Partnerships is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with new and existing referral sources and building long-term relationships . The individual will be accountable to drive admission growth based on Outreach’s targets. The individual will act as a liaison between the community stakeholders (“Accounts”) and the internal Outreach programs to increase access and availability of services for at risk individuals. The first objective is for the Manager of Community Partnerships to understand the needs of potential community partners and create solutions that deliver value.
