What the role is: The Manager/Senior Manager, Course Approval, within the Quality Management Division, plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of courses accredited in the Training Grant System (TGS).
What you will be working on: - Course Accreditation and Quality Management
- Carry out course accreditation/approval and related course quality management activities in the Training Grant System (TGS).
- Conduct course quality checks by reviewing course materials against sound adult learning principles and relevant SSG and funding requirements.
- Handle escalated enquiries and appeals from the public and training providers relating to courses, including conducting inquiries to ascertain non-compliances against SSG's Terms and Conditions for Registered Training Providers (RTPs) when necessary.
