Manager/Senior Manager (Manpower & Workforce Planning), you will drive workforce planning through manpower forecasting, allocation governance, and budget alignment. Leverage HR analytics and benchmarking to deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Shape organisational effectiveness by advancing job evaluation, role sizing, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Support TAL-wide workforce and headcount planning processes to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and growth plans.
- Develop and maintain manpower forecasts, providing insights into current and future staffing requirements by departments.
- Govern manpower allocation to ensure appropriate role-to-grade alignment.
