Role Overview You will be part of a planning team that provides central oversight and stakeholder coordination across the Workforce and Workforce Digital Services Groups. The team plays a key role in shaping how the groups plan, measure, and communicate their work β spanning workplan development, performance tracking, programme analysis and review, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities - Conduct reviews of programme policies to assess their effectiveness, relevance, and alignment with broader workforce development objectives. This includes scoping, gathering and evaluating evidence, analysing data and developing recommendations for policy or programme improvements.
