Manager/Senior Programme Manager, NPD Governance & Operations

This role establishes and manages the operating infrastructure enabling SATS New Product Development to scale effectively. It integrates programme management, governance leadership, and operational coordination across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives, partnering with leaders across Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Finance to ensure alignment, delivery discipline, and governance consistency throughout the end‑to‑end NPD lifecycle.
