Plans & Strategy’s role is to prepare HTX for the future by ensuring that our strategic plans are informed by a comprehensive analysis of challenges, opportunities and priorities. The Resources Planning & Organisation oversees the allocation and management of resources in Budget and Manpower, to effect these strategic plans. The job‑holder must understand the Home Team’s operating context, challenges, constraints and harmonise efforts across all Home Team Departments and agencies. The role requires close collaboration with Senior Management on resource allocation.
