Coordinating and directing all activities with respect to implementation of development programs for the station(s) within the country

Supervise all station staff by utilizing good management practices in accordance with applicable country labor laws.
Commercially focused Takes full profit and loss accountability for the companys operation in the country including sales & marketing operations finance and HR within the geographic area of responsibility.
Approves all financial applications and reports as well as completes any ad hoc assignments designated by the Regional Vice President
