Position Overview

            1. Executive Leadership & Vision  Set the company’s strategic direction, business goals, and long-term growth plans. 
Lead the company’s overall operations including construction, finance, HR, procurement, and safety. 
Drive organisational development, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
 2. Project Management & Delivery  Oversee all stages of construction projects: planning, tendering, design review, execution, monitoring, and handover. 
Review project schedules, drawings, work methods, and progress reports. 
Ensure projects meet required quality standards, budgets, and deadlines. 
Resolve high-level technical issues and provide guidance to project managers and engineers. 
Ensure site operations comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
