Managing Director – Property Manager

Mustikkahaan Huolto Oy has 24 housing companies dedicated to maintenance and cleaning, and 18 housing companies focused on property management. Our operations are based in Mustikkahaa and Heinola. As the Managing Director of the property management team, you will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of properties and plots owned by shareholders at cost price, and manage all property‑management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning and maintenance of properties and plots.
• Handle property management tasks for shareholders.
• Ensure compliance with VAT accounting and prepare financial statements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance and management.
• Proficiency in VAT accounting and financial statement preparation.
