Position Overview Our Client is a market leading Canadian real estate investor, developer and asset manager. Currently, they are seeking a Managing Director, Debt Financing to join their growing team. This is a pivotal leadership role as the organization continues its rapid growth across multiple real estate strategies. The MD will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing cost-efficient debt financing across the real estate platforms, including development, stabilized rentals, self‑storage JVs, and acquisitions. This senior role will centralize financing expertise to scale growth, lower financing costs, and strengthen the company’s relationships with Canadian lenders.
