Position Overview

Develop execute the company's overall business strategy in alignment with short and long-term goals. 
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Creative, and Client Services. 
Ensure alignment of all business functions to strategic objectives, company values and performance targets. 
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. 
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. 
Set clear sales objectives and provide consistent performance guidance. 
Analyze sales data to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions 
Collaborate with the marketing to create targeted campaigns that support sales goals. 
Monitor market trends and customer insights to uncover new growth opportunities
