Work Arrangement
Hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or the frequency dictated by the business.
Responsibilities
- Administration of day‑to‑day People Services cases and activities handled by People Services professionals from various business units, GBS sites, and other sources.
- Support the People Services Teams in the execution of other People Services tasks.
- Case Processing: process cases received via calls or emails; prioritize and work on requests according to nature, urgency, and impact; monitor personal queues and aging cases; follow established procedures for calls and case handling; log and document all inquiries into the case management tools; consult knowledge resources; and, where necessary, escalate the case to other tiers and follow through to resolution.
