Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Payment Support (Mandarin Speaker)
We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Payment Support Team based on-site in Kuala Lumpur . This role is ideal for candidates with prior customer service experience and a background in KYC, financial services, or banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer support related to payment inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with transaction issues, payment status, account verification, and service requests
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Support KYC verification processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates
Coordinate with internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, and Operations when required
