Role Summary

The Mandarin Speaking Tour Operator is responsible for designing and selling tailored travel packages to incoming clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role works directly with Mandarin-speaking clients, counsels them on travel options, responds promptly to inquiries, oversees booking procedures and ensures that travel requests are processed accurately. The Tour Operator collaborates closely with the company's contracted travel desks and operates in shifts to provide 24/7 support to clients.
