Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide application development and support for Manhattan WMS (incidents, problems, service requests, system health checks)
• Configure, integrate, and enhance WMS functionalities based on business requirements
• Support batch jobs, critical system processes, user management, and access provisioning
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and operational documentation
• Coordinate with product vendors for L3/L4 support and manage escalations
• Analyze business requirements, contribute to user story grooming, and support QA/testing activities
• Participate in release management, deployments, and post‑production support

Key Skills

• Manhattan WMS configuration, integration, and support (preferably 2018 version)
