**Job Description**

The Composite Technician is responsible for manufacturing composite parts using filament winding equipment to produce high-quality components and structures that meet project specifications. This role involves operating and maintaining winding machines and related equipment, assembling parts according to detailed instructions, and ensuring all products comply with standard procedures and process specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop a hands-on working knowledge of filament winding machines, resin mixing equipment, hoists, extractors, curing ovens, and other ancillary equipment required in the winding process.
+ Produce composite products in accordance with standard procedures, process specifications, and written work instructions.
