**Job Description**

**Role Summary**

The R2 MES Digital Record Author independently manages digital record lifecycle activities and provides front-line support for MES execution. This role plays a key part in maintaining system integrity, supporting investigations, and improving operational performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Independently author, update, and maintain MES digital records

+ Ensure compliance with MES standards, data integrity, and documentation requirements

+ Provide Level 1 troubleshooting support for MES-related issues

+ Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align records with manufacturing processes

+ Support onboarding and knowledge sharing with less experienced authors
