- Support both developing and mature production programs within the fabrication shop.
- Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard manufacturing engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Develop, adapt, and modify manufacturing engineering procedures using sound judgment.
- Determine manufacturing procedures and establish operation sequencing during pre-production and production phases.
