Responsibilities:
Concept and procure weld tooling, robotic weld systems, specialized racks, and material handling equipment utilizing E-Tools to determine the sequence of events, communicate issues and verify safety and ergonomic methods. Support issue resolution and achieving quality metrics. Participate in quality activities, such as: Function Geometry Reviews (FGRs), Design Process Assembly Reviews (DPARs), and Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEAs) activities. Innovate to implement product performance improvements and cost reductions for welding operations. Support the development and implementation of lean cell layouts to improve material flow and material presentation in areas of responsibility.
