Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Engineer supports and improves Plant 3 assembly operations by applying engineering expertise to resolve manufacturing issues, improve equipment performance, support quality and safety requirements, and implement efficient, reliable processes.
Job responsibilities:
+ Support Operations and Trades in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.

+ Support product quality investigations, corrective actions, and process improvements.

+ Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost savings opportunities.

+ Lead or support equipment development, specification, validation, installation, and retooling projects.

+ Plan and execute assigned projects, including tooling budget management as required.

+ Ensure safety and ergonomic requirements are understood, documented, and followed.
