Identify & execute solutions related to process flow within the plant by applying manufacturing engineering principles to improve efficiencies (Pareto, time studies, design experiments, Problem solving tools, Labor Balancing. Responsible for performing new and current program feasibility study to determine optimal process and creates machine specification and source safe equipment(s) and safe solution working with cross functional team internal and/or external.
