Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Provide technical support to production and troubleshoot issues
  • Lead NPI / First Article implementation
  • Perform line balancing and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage BOMs, routings, and technical documentation
  • Implement engineering changes (ECOs)
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and UL regulations
  • Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related
  • +5 years of experience in electrical manufacturing (switchboards / panels)
  • Experience in mechanical assembly and electrical wiring processes
  • Strong knowledge of BOMs, routings, and ERP systems (Syteline or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics
