Plans, designs, coordinates and improves manufacturing processes in plant by performing following duties.
Responsibilities
Designs, develops, implements and enhances manufacturing and assembly processes that meet safety, quality and productivity continuous improvement expectations. Develops part routers and in-process prints for various manufacturing operations. Creates and revises Engineering Process documentation detailing tooling, and setup requirements. Implements corrective actions proactively and reactively to prevent nonconforming product. Recommends and designs improvements and/or modifications in sequence of operations, equipment utilization and related matters.
