Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Involvement in DFM, DFA and DFT reviews. 
Develop end-to-end production methods, process flow, work instructions, and tooling, fixture requirements. 
Point of contact with the Engineering team to ensure BOM accuracy and working/coordinating ECN 
Lead and analyze Pilot runs & Prototype Build to validate that both the product and the process meet technical requirements before full launch. 
Perform Process PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential production risks. 
Technical liaison between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams. 
Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure component readiness, quality, and material flow. 
Improve manufacturing efficiency through analysis and planning of workflow, space requirements, plant, and equipment layout.
